The 46 is Lagoon’s new model, a worthy successor to the Lagoon 450.

With a new design by VLVP Design, Patrick Le Quement the new trendsetter on the catamaran market.

The lighter hulls and better mast positioning ensure optimal sailing performance of this new cruising catamaran. A ground floor cockpit and saloon provide a connection between inside and outside and offer comfort when you’re on board. This is the ideal catamaran for sailors looking for more space and comfort together with friends or family. The helmet station on the flybridge provides a perfect overview under all circumstances but also offers a beautiful view of the surroundings.

The Lagoon 46 can be delivered in a 3 cabin owner version or a spacious 4 cabin version:

– The 3 cabin owners version offers an owner’s cabin with a very spacious living space and own sanitary facilities which covers the entire hull. In addition, in the other hull you will find 2 spacious guest cabins, both with their own sanitary facilities with a sink, walk-in shower and a separate toilet.

The beautiful almost square saloon is unique in the motor yacht segment and gives a homely atmosphere. The owner’s cabin is spacious and luxurious with a spacious sanitary and private entrance from the outdoor area at the rear. The new Lagoon 42 – Available in 2019

A sleek, modern design. This model from Lagoon has style and a strong personality.

Strongly positioned between the L40 and the L46. Over 90cm wider and over one meter longer than the L40, this is reflected in more space and comfort.

As soon as you come on board you will immediately notice the spacious outdoor living area with a spacious sitting area with table, a lounge sofa and a bench at the rear. The ground floor landing to the salon with wide sliding doors ensure a seamless transition between inside and outside. From the spacious kitchen you always stay in contact with your guests because of the open plan.

The salon offers an unobstructed view and lots of light through the large windows all around. The sitting area in the salon is spacious and offers the possibility to sit with 8 people at the table. The U-shaped kitchen has a beautiful worktop and is equipped with a spacious refrigerator and a 3 burner gas stove. Optionally extendable with an oven, microwave and freezer.

From the saloon you can descend a few steps to the cabins, both to starboard and to port.

The L42 is available in two versions:

– The 3 cabin “owners version” with a very spacious owners cabin which covers the entire starboard hull, with a queen size island bed, lots of closet space, a seat and workplace and a spacious private bathroom with washbasin, toilet and a spacious shower. In the port side hull you will find 2 guest cabins, each with its own bathroom with washbasin, toilet and a spacious shower.

– The 4 cabin version with 2 spacious cabins in the rear half of the hulls which are equipped with queen size island beds and private sanitary facilities. In the front half of the hulls you will find 2 spacious cabins with a queen size semi-island bed and private sanitary facilities with washbasin, toilet and a spacious shower.

The extra space offered by the Lagoon 42 compared to the Lagoon 40 can be found everywhere on board; a larger living area outside, a larger saloon, larger cabins are just a few examples.

The helmet station can be reached from the living space with only steps and is prefectly positioned. You have a view of all four corners of the yacht, ideal with mooring and docking. All sail related items can be operated from this position. Optionally, the Lagoon 42 can be expanded with electric winches, a code 0, B&G navigation pack, etc. The Lagoon 42 is easy to sail with 2 persons. Via a few steps you can get from the helmet station to the roof to, for example, thigh the sails. With the optional pillow set you have a lovely lounger for 2 persons.

The wide gangways allow you to move around comfortably, in front of the catamaran you will find the characteristic trampolines and various stowage compartments. With the optional pillow set you can create a lounge seating area from which you have a beautiful view as the water passes underneath you, a favourite spot of many catamaran owners.

The Lagoon 42 comes standard with walnut Alpiteak® veneer, a durable wood species. Optional other colours and materials of the wall/floor and upholstery are possible.
